Can my pet ride alone?
Yes! Pets can ride with or without their owners. We also transport pets on behalf of pet professionals, senior citizens, and busy owners who can’t make the trip.
What types of pets do you transport?
We transport all pets — dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and more, including large breeds.
When should I book my reservation?
Booking a day or two ahead is best, but we know emergencies happen. If we have a driver available, we can provide same-day rides.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve New Jersey, with pickups and drop-offs.
Do you offer round-trip service?
Yes. Since you pay for the hour, our drivers will wait during your appointment and bring you and/or your pet back when done — all included in the same hourly rate.
Do you help with last-minute or emergency rides?
We do our best to accommodate urgent, same-day transportation whenever possible. Availability depends on driver openings.
Can you take my pet to the vet, groomer, or pet hotel without me?
Absolutely. We can handle drop-offs and pickups on your behalf and keep you updated during the trip.
Are pets secured during the ride?
Yes. Safety is our priority. We use proper restraints, carriers, and handling procedures suitable for each type of pet.
